Returns & Refunds

All goods once sold will not be exchanged or taken back. Only in case if a wrong/damaged product is sent by us, we will exchange it.

At Trisha Store, we want you to be happy with your purchases and confident that you’ve found the perfect Item. If a return is necessary we can accept returns within 10 days from the day goods were delivered to you. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you have ordered the wrong item(s) or simply had a change of heart, all item(s) must be returned in the original and suitable condition for re-sale, with any associated products, tags and boxes intact. We will reject returns that are not in a suitable condition for re-sale.

Items such as socks, insoles and sprays are not returnable if the packaging has been damaged or the item has been used, for hygiene reasons. Care kits are non-refundable if the seals are broken or if the any associated products have been used.

FREE RETURNS TO STORE is applicable for local customers only. You have to return your order to our physical store within 10 days of receipt and accompanied with your delivery note and our returns label. If you’re returning your purchase by courier or post, we can only offer you a refund and not an exchange.

Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item back to our store. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your return has reached us, we’ll look to process your refund or send out your exchange item as soon as possible.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  

Provided that you return your item(s) within the Terms & Conditions above, we will refund your payment or replace/exchange the item(s). Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s). Refunds are given in the same method initially used to purchase the item. Once your return has been processed by our store, we will send you a notification email.

If you have a query about a parcel you returned to us, please have the reference number ready when you contact us.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Please be advised: Sending an image prior to calling will help our advisors to resolve your query quicker.

Please note:

* Double-box or re-wrap your package to avoid damage to the original box or packaging. We will send you a notification email when your refund is processed.

* Please keep your Proof of Posting receipt until your exchange or refund is confirmed as completed.

* Please email us the courier tracking code and scan copy or Proof of Posting receipt.
